Baskets

A woven basket holds a folded throw, a stack of firewood or a potted plant, and looks considered while doing it.

Round or square. Round baskets sit well beside a sofa or in the open, where their shape reads as sculptural. Square baskets sit flush against a wall or slot into shelving, which makes them the better choice when space is tight.

Scale. A large basket around 45cm across takes cushions, throws or a sizeable plant. Smaller ones suit rolled towels, magazines, or the everyday things that otherwise have no home.
